Our Process
Planning an event is a rigorous process, but for you, it doesnât have to be. We take on all of the parts of your event that take the joy out of what youâre celebrating so that you can get back to the parts that matter! And although we strive to take stress off your plate, you wonât be left out of the details and decisions that will ultimately play a big part in how your day comes together. Throughout our process, we prioritize communication, organization and fun so nothing gets missed on the back-end, while you get to focus on being involved in the parts of the event that light you up!
Planning a successful event is impossible without clear communication, especially when so many functions of an event rely on it. Throughout our process of planning your event, we remain in constant contact with you as our client to ensure that every decision made reflects exactly the way you want your special day to unfold. In addition to you as our client, we also put heavy emphasis on how we communicate with vendors, staff, guests, and anyone else who comes in contact with your event to ensure everything goes smoothly along the way (and especially the day-of)!
Communication
When your big day comes, everything will need to be accounted for â down to the last cocktail napkin. With so many vendors, items and details to keep track of, organization is essential. When you work with Salted Ivory, the structure of your event is done entirely for you in a way that everything gets accounted for on our end, without the overwhelm of information on your end. As our client, you can rest assured in knowing that every last selection you make will be handled and accounted for on your big day.
Organization
Thatâs ultimately what it all comes down to! What point is there in throwing a party if no one is having any fun? Finding your soulmate, celebrating a big milestone, creating something from nothing â these are all joyful things! Donât lose yourself or your happiness over the process of planning.
